REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
At Denizo LLC (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” or “the Company”), we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or need a replacement, please follow the following terms:
- Return Policy
●You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
●The returned product must be unused, undamaged, and retain the original packaging and tags.
●Some products (such as customized products, food, underwear and personal care products) may not be eligible for the return policy. Please check the product description before purchasing for details. - Exchange Policy
●Exchange requests should be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
●To exchange the product, please send the original product back first, and then we will send the product you need.
●The product must be in unused condition and include all original packaging materials. - Application Process

●When contacting, please provide your order number and details of the required return or exchange. - Return Authorization
●Once your application is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please indicate this number in the return package so that we can process your return request.
●Returns without an RMA number will not be processed. - Shipping Costs
●Return shipping costs: The shipping costs of returns are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly. It is recommended to use a trackable mailing method and keep relevant receipts.
●Exchange shipping costs: When exchanging products, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to a product defect or wrong shipment. - Refund Processing
●Once we receive and review the returned merchandise, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and the refund will be returned to the original payment method.
●Please note that processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment institution. - Special Circumstances
●If your item is damaged during shipping or does not arrive on time, please contact us in time and we will resolve the problem for you as soon as possible.
